The Sons of Issachar

“Issachar is a strong ass couching down between two burdens: and he saw that rest was good, and the land that it was pleasant; and bowed his shoulder to bear, and became a servant unto tribute.” Genesis 49:14-15

"And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment." 1 Chronicles 12:32

Vision: To assist in facilitating the maturing of the Body of Christ into a place of understanding the times, with wisdom to know what to do.

Mission: To aid in training and equipping the saints so that they will be men, women and children who:

Receive revelatory understanding from the Lord Himself, because they know God in an intimate manner
Have seized the character of God, and are dead to self but alive to God.
Are humble burden bearers, willing servants, fully submitted to the Lord
Are able to perceive and seize opportune times of success and wealth
Operate in their given authority and power

“And they that be wise (to make or act circumspect; instruct teach; make to understand; to guide wittingly He7919) shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever. Many shall be purified (brightened, examined, selected, chosen, cleansed, polished He1305), and made white (white; to make bricks He3835), and tried (to refine, purge away He6884); but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise (7919) shall understand (to separate mentally or distinguish; be cunning, discerning, informed, to be prudent He995).” Daniel 12:3, 10
