March 1, 2009 Greetings Ecclesia* of Florida, I want to share with you what the Father has said to me concerning Leviathan and the waters of Florida. On the Saturday after our Florida Solemn Assembly in December of 2008, Jay Swallow wanted to go pray near the water. We went to Payne’s Prairie Preserve, just south of Gainesville. While we were there the Lord showed me a picture of a grayish silt patch of sand on the floor of the Gulf waters, around the Naples area. He said this area was the base location for Leviathans work across our state. From that point on the Father has almost daily addressed issues concerning the waters of Florida in my heart. I put in the Subject: line of this e-mail, Treasure Hunting across Florida. This is because the Lord said that there are many treasures that are rightfully Florida’s but Leviathan has taken them into the waters and is holding them captive. We understand that our sin gives our enemy authority to steal from us. We have taken our sins to the water, for example; drug smuggling, illegal dumping of pesticides, fertilizers, etc., idolatry (Buddhist and Hindus taking their gods into the waters to purify them, New Age drumming, etc.), gambling (casino ships) and even modern day piracy just to name a few and we are paying a price for it. ° South Florida waters are a major transit point for illicit drugs and arms. http://www.sflhidta.org ° Deaths from drowning for children less than age five in Florida are more than double the national average. http://www.doh.state.fl.us/Family/childhealth/childreport/hi/hi7/drown.html ° St. Petersburg Sunshine Skyway Bridge is known as the suicide bridge of Florida. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/24409208/page/2 ° Florida ranks number 1 across the nation for fatalities on the water Source: Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission - Division of Law Enforcement We battle Red Tide, prescriptions drugs in our drinking water, the loss of entire species of plants, fish and birds due to insecticides in our lake and rivers, etc., etc., etc. I believe the Father wants’ redemption brought for our sins and in His goodness wants to restore life and health to our waters. The Father said to set in place “worship watch teams” over every major body of water in our state, this includes our 34 coastal counties. You may want to watch over a nearby river, lake, bay or your coastline. As Holy Spirit highlights the location that you will take stewardship of please email me and let me know. We want to make sure every location is covered. I hope you will do some research over your body of water, being on-sight with insight. Maybe forgiveness needs to be sought for defiling the waters through bloodshed or idolatry. Maybe poor stewardship needs to be acknowledged (littering, dumping, etc.) Stand in the gap for issues of gambling, or perverted “fun in the sun” behavior. I would welcome any reports you can send so we can stay up on what’s going on. I have attached a document with Scriptures that will serve us in making declarations of true ownership of the waters and thanksgiving to the Lord for His goodness and power over the water. I want to make very clear we are not to come against Leviathan; this is a worship watch season. To accommodate you as best as possible I have attached a list of major water locations that I am aware of. With you knowing your area better than I please feel free to let me know where I have left a location out. The Lord is calling us to be treasure hunters. After a corporate season of “watching” there will be a designated date and time when we will gather with our team at our portion of water and declare “Leviathan, release Florida’s treasure”. Many will shout from the shore, perhaps some from a boat but our legislative voice will be heard across the state.
